Price and payouts

What the board and the treasurer ask before you say yes. You can forward this page on its own.

If you do not charge for stands, it costs nothing.

Applications, approvals, the exhibitor list and e-mail to the exhibitors, with no organisation number and no Stripe account. SMS is agreed separately, because every message costs us money. We earn on the markets that sell stands.

NOK 10 + 6 % of the stand price incl. VAT, per approved application.

Covers the card or invoice cost. The exhibitor sees only the stand price.

The money

Where the money sits
Your own account at Stripe. The money sits there, not with us, and is paid out to your own bank account. The account and the list are yours, also if you stop.
When it arrives
Payouts to your own account no earlier than two working days after the last market day the application covers, with a report for your accountant.
Why the money waits for the market day
The money stays in your own account at Stripe until the market has run, and is paid out no earlier than two working days after the last market day the application covers — a market that runs over several weekends gets its money weekend by weekend, application by application. Until then, cancellations and refunds come out of funds that are still there, instead of becoming a claim against you afterwards. With one limit: Stripe does not allow the money to stay more than 90 days after it was charged, so if you approve in September for a market in December, the amount is paid out before the market, and a refund after that point comes out of your own account. If a shortfall does arise — a market cancelled after the money was paid out, say — we invoice the difference. It is stated in the terms.
Invoice
The exhibitor accepts the invoice at Billie; the amount then sits on the same balance and goes out with the same payout. The 30 days are between Billie and the exhibitor. Invoice requires Stripe to have approved your account.
Refunds
You refund from the admin, in two steps, and the exhibitor gets the whole amount back. Our share of the original application does not come back.
Disputes
If the exhibitor disputes the card payment, Torgplass takes the loss.
The paperwork
A receipt to the exhibitor on card payment, in your name with your org. no. and VAT. A CSV of every approved application, to reconcile against the payout.
